Accelerated Sports Therapy and Fitness was formed in 2006 with a commitment to providing its clients lifelong physical well being through state-of-the-art therapy programs. In times of both good health and recovery, our leading experts in the field of physical therapy provide innovative care that is customized to reach the goals of each of its clients.

We opened AST&F to leverage our more than 120 years of physical therapy experience by providing care that goes beyond the cookie cutter approach to therapy. Since, we have remained true to this undertaking, and, today, offer an unrivaled team of therapists on the cutting edge of rehabilitation, as well as injury prevention in athletes of all backgrounds.

Providing an upbeat, yet challenging environment, our therapists commit to their clients along a continuum of injury prevention, injury, recovery and optimal physical performance. From the young athlete to the baby boomer, our mission is to impact the lifelong wellness of our clients.

“The positive and encouraging energy at Accelerated Sports makes it a great place to go during an injury setback. After my knee injury, two therapists from other cliniucs got me 65% of the way towards recovery; my therapist at AST&F took up where they left off and helped me achieve my goal of being a runner again.”
-Diana Ostrander

“The best part about coming to ASTF was working with therapists who are at the top of their field and are all about function. Their goal is to not only work with your injury but to work with you, and to create a plan that will get you back doing the things you love to do.”
– SP

“There’s a positive synergy in the clinic that benefits every client in the room.”

“The best part about coming to ASTF was that my therapists knew exactly what my goals were and did their very best to see that I could accomplish them. Compared to the past physical therapy that I have received, ASTF’s staff, facility and equipment are the best there is, bar-none!”
– JE

“The physical therapy I’ve had in the past was designed to get you on your feet. At ASTF, that’s just the beginning.”

“The therapists at ASTF gave me a plan that taught me how get strong and stay strong. But more importantly, they taught me how to manage my injury so that I know where my tipping point is and how to get back once I’ve hit it.”

“My favorite part about coming to ASTF was the personal support and care I received every time I visited. It was a very nurturing environment and it was very apparent that the therapists at ASTF wanted the absolute best for my therapy process and deeply cared about my recovery.”
– JH

“The therapy I received at ASTF was way beyond any prior physical therapy experience I have ever had”

“At Accelerated Sports, they don’t just give you a set of exercises and send you on your way; they take a hands -on approach and draw from a wide variety of treatment methods to bring about the greatest level of healing.”
-DO

“With the help of ASTF, I was able to persevere and play my last two high school football games of my career.”

“After having surgery, ASTF successfully prepared me for the beginning of my career at West Point, which was only a short 6 months away. I don’t think I would be here at the United States Military Academy and still playing football without their help.”
– Jack Egan

“The therapists at ASTF exude confidence in their abilities which allowed me as the patient to feel comfortable pushing myself during recovery. There were no drop-offs when dealing with various therapists; they are consistent and equally talented.”

– Andy Tate

“The staff at ASTF takes all of their patients very seriously, even when professional athletes were in the facility working out they gave me the attention I needed to recover correctly.”

“The therapists at ASTF treated me as an individual; they did not just take my injury and plug it into a “cookie cutter” program. ASTF was with me every step, focusing on technique, pushing me to keep working harder and offered me so much encouragement.”

“How did I improve after coming to ASTF? Let’s just say the guy next to me on a group ride (38 miles) was a bit surprised that I had total knee surgery 6 weeks earlier.”

“ASTF has been the best place for me. Through many of my injuries I was nervous about how I would be able to return to my sports, but after going through therapy sessions at ASTF I quickly regained my confidence. Through the support and knowledge of the ASTF staff I was able to overcome every injury I had.”
– Jordan Helgren

“I would come back to ASTF in the future without a doubt. I trust their judgment, value their input and have personal experience with their results.”

“The physical therapists at AST&F treat the whole person, with many treatment methods at their disposal to address any issue that comes up, and maximize the physical recovery.”

The caring, knowledge, and enthusiasm of the therapists motivates me to do the exercises that will lead to my recovery”

“When I started therapy at ASTF I could hardly walk. In two months I was able to do some easy hiking in Colorado. In four months I was starting to run again. And three months after that, I was back on skis, feeling strong. It was more than I had hoped for. “

– Susie Preston

“The energy at ASTF is fantastic. The team at ASTF creates an environment that makes rehabilitation fun and worthwhile. You never leave their facility thinking your time was wasted.”
– AT
