Biographical Sketch of Lynnelle Sell
Lynnelle Sell, MPT, ATC is a licensed physical therapist who received a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 1994. She attended UND as a student athlete where she also completed coursework to become a Certified Athletic Trainer.
Lynnelle has advanced training in the treatment of lumbar and pelvic dysfunction and has taught continuing education classes to fellow physical therapists in the area. She excels in treating patients with lower extremity injuries and specializes in treating injured runners. As part of her biomechanical evaluation, Lynnelle uses video analysis of each runner to assist in the creation of her treatment programs. In addition, she helped to design and implement an ACL injury rehabilitation program while working for HealthSouth Physical Therapy in Chicago.
Lynnelle enjoys working with athletes of all ages and skill levels. Over the past few years, her interest has focused on throwing athletes. She became involved in the evaluation of throwing mechanics as her three boys have progressed in baseball. In addition to restoring mobility, strength and adequate neuromuscular control in her rehabilitation programs, she uses the throwing mechanics assessment to functionally address all faults and causes of injury to the athlete.
