Half Court Basketball Gym

The basketball gym is a unique addition to the Accelerated Sports Therapy clinic and used primarily for progressive functional training, especially with athletes.


Cardio Equipment

Our cardio equipment helps with a wide variety of training activities. We a have stairmaster, elliptical machine, treadmill, upright and recumbent bikes as well as an upper body ergometer (UBE).


Pilates Reformer

System of springs, straps and pulleys that can be used to perform over 100 exercises. The reformer makes for a highly effective, no-impact stretching and toning workout that is easy on the joints.


Weight Training

Build strength and muscle with this weight training equipment including squat rack, bench press, leg press, free weights and dumbbells.
